Salon Policy
- We always pride ourselves on running on time, but sometimes unbelievable things happen, therefore we will always try to call you if we are running more than 15 minutes late.
- We love it when you are running on time and appreciate it when you call to let us know if not, so we can manage our busy schedule to fit the necessary adjustments.
- We guarantee our work 100% so always let us know if you are not 100% happy with any part of your service so we can happily adjust it for you.
- If you need to adjust or change an appointment please give us plenty of notice as we always have clients on our waiting list and can fill the spots if enough time is given. All deposits are non refundable.
- For the comfort of other clients we request that ringtones of mobile phones be kept to a minimum whilst in the salon
- Sensitive areas:- We have available 3 colour ranges in the salon. However, if you are allergic to hair colour or are new to colouring your hair (on the scalp) a skin patch must be done 24 hours prior to any colour service.
